Unit one in software development focuses on things such as PDP, SWOT and effective communication.
PDP
PDP stands for personal development plan. This plan allows you to see where your strengths and weaknesses are on a weekly basis. It allows you to focus on your problems and see if you fix them from week to week. This allows for you to track your progress and is an effective way to see this. An example of a PDP will be below
SWOT
SWOT is used to see what your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. An example will be shown below.
